The US isn't the most polluted country, but we do produce the most pollution.
The US wouldn't/couldn't sign the Kyoto protocols because of government policies that can't be changed to limit carbon dioxide emissions.

The greenhouse effect is largely a natural phenomenon that has been exacerbated by humankind. The planet will survive the coming holocaust, humanity will not.

Yes, it's getting worse. The average ocean temperature is rising, as well as the average temperature. The US contributes the most greenhouse gas emissions out of any country in the world. The Kyoto agreement was made as a international goal to cut down on global greenhouse emissions by 2012.

Hard to say, even if you consider that the technology to measure the temperature of the different parts of the earth is good today, it was different than 10 years ago. So, you have to compensate your data to determine if it is getting better or worse.
You do not talk preciselly as a polluted country in this subject, instead you have to say if USA is one of the countries that generates more emissions causing the green house effect. It is also hard to say.
USA did not undersigned the Kyoto Agreement, but it is a good effort to reduce the green house effect. It works this way. a) A developed country is bound to reduce their emissions of gasses that causes the green house effect. b) It is very expensive for developed countries to achieve such goal as the state of the technology in that place is very competitive. c) A developed country investor can instead, go to a developing country and make investments to reduce the emissions. d) The developing country issues a carbon certificate to the investor of the developed country. e) The investor of the developed country returns to his country and demonstrate the compliance of the obligation to reduce emissions with the carbon certificate.

The green house effect. The gas that is supposed to cause it is CO2 and granted the world produce millions of cubic ft. ,but where is it. Get a calibrated instrument and measure the CO2 .Where did it go to??? well if u don't find the CO2 then the green house effect isn't there either.
The second gas is methane. U cant find that either what u basing the green house on. where did it go??
This is the 2 major gases that u say affect it go measure it and quit trying to scare everybody.

Blaming the US is just a cop out for the rest of the world. They are greedy beggars though. China and Russia come a close second and third though and they have almost no air quality control measures.

Top ten by total emmisions (per capita doesn't count when it comes to the total effect a country has on the rest of the world).

USA
China
Russia
Japan
India
Germany
UK
Canada
South Korea
Italy

Yes the Green house effect is getting worse and the biggest contributure are cows. Well, all living things really. We produce methane gas from our waste and since trees and other green areas are being cut down, they can't recycle that from the atmosphere. Thus it's getting worse.

Haven't you noticed that it's been getting hotter every year. I haven't really seen a lot of snow I like did 10 years ago
