I know you have to stretch but how long does it usually take to learn?

3 weeks. if you practice 5 minutes every day. hold one side for 1:00 minute.switch.it works

It's pretty easy once you get your body into condition and get your muscles and tendons to stretch. When I was in high school it took about six weeks of daily stretching exercises and I could do both the Chinese and regular splits.

STRETCH!!! I was a cheerleader for 4 yrs. i counldnt do them at all when i started. start stretching and roll in to them try to hold what u can for atleast a min a few times a day. ur body will start to become more flexible and you'll be doing them in no time

I'm younger then 14 and i can do them. do the splits as best as you can for 2 minutes each day and you will see that you can do them.

Do the splits very slowly and carefully ! I depends on how flexible your body is.. Good Luck ! :)
