Do you mean one of the many White Power books out there--or one of the many anti-white books? Racism comes in many different forms. If you mean a certain type of book, just say so. Otherwise, it'll be hard for people to help you out, if they wanted to. To my knowledge, there's no such thing as the "Racist Manual". In fact, try doing a search for it, and you'll mostly come up with anti-racist material.
