I'm a teen and I've never heard of Rockstar. The main energy drink that I drink is Gatorade.
I really dont think that energy drinks are bad for teens health when consumed in moderation. People tell me not to drink coffee, soda, and energy drinks because they'll stunt my growth. Thats a straight up lie because I've been drinking them all for as long as I can rememeber and hello, people, I'm almost six feet tall.

Hate to say something, but energy drinks are bad. Your body gets so used to having the extra boost of energy in your system, that when you stop drinking them, you feel tired, and will not have the energy that you want to have.

Anything is bad for you if you have too much of it, but as long as it isn't alcohol, they should let you drink it.

Sorry, I totally agree with your parents and won't let my teens touch them. They contain very high amounts of caffeine that is proven to be harmful to growing teens, stunts your growth, affects your nervous system, etc. Your parents sure do love you, please listen to them.
