What is the best store in the nyc area to buy film, video equipment? And here by best I mean cheapest?

I've said enough. What is the cheapest store? i need to buy some KODAK VISION2 500T Color Negative Film and maybe rent some lights. is there a store that rents things aout and gives them out half free. I'm making a short student film i don't want to spend a fortune on it.

I know this is a biased answer but, B&H has always been known to have the lowest prices from a reputable dealer.

B&H is located at 420 9th Ave between 33rd and 34th
