My hair is shoulder length and brown.. i am willing to cut it or dye it or anything, but its so boring, can anyone give me any suggestions on what to do?

dye ur hair then do highlights. u should try the color strawberry blond i think that would look hot.

what you need to do is put some cool highlitghts in them and then maybe scrunch your hair it will look fabulous
