It is so hard to find a song from the daughter to the father. Even most of the suggestions here so far have been father to daughter...
Bette Midler, Wind Beneath My Wings is a good choice.
Stevie Wonder - You are the Sunshine of My life
Amy Grant - My Father's Eyes

You are so blessed to have your father to dance with you at the wedding. My father passed away five years ago...and I remember our dance often. How about "Daddy's Hands"? It's a country song...but in it the girl speaks in past tense about her father....so you may not want that, but it such a beautiful thought about the love of the girl for her father. If you truly want to have a moment that you will remember forever, may I suggest that you and your father take a dance lesson and share your moment as a classical waltz? You can select classical music that has no words...and wow the entire bridal party. You will build memories as you work toward your dance by learning together and then have the most special dance as he says "bye" to his little girl and hands you over in marriage.

Little Miss Magic by Jimmy Buffett.
I know it is to a daughter from the father but one of my girls used it for her father daughter dance and there wasn't a dry eye in the house.

My Fathers Eyes by Eric Clapton
Sailing down behind the sun,Waiting for my prince to come.Praying for the healing rainTo restore my soul again.Just a toerag on the run.How did I get here? What have I done? When will all my hopes arise? How will I know him? When I look in my father's eyes.My father's eyes. When I look in my father's eyes.My father's eyes. Then the light begins to shineAnd I hear those ancient lullabies. And as I watch this seedling grow,Feel my heart start to overflow.Where do I find the words to say? How do I teach him? What do we play? Bit by bit, I've realizedThat's when I need them,That's when I need my father's eyes.My father's eyes. That's when I need my father's eyes.My father's eyes. Then the jagged edge appearsThrough the distant clouds of tears.I'm like a bridge that was washed away;My foundations were made of clay.As my soul slides down to die.How could I lose him? What did I try? Bit by bit, I've realizedThat he was here with me;I looked into my father's eyes.My father's eyes.I looked into my father's eyes.My father's eyes.My father's eyes.My father's eyes.I looked into my father's eyes.My father's eyes.

It is not really a daughter to father song but Butterfly Kisses the best. I am sorry I am not sure who sings it but I do know that it is country. It might be religious.

Might be something in the album of duets that Natalie Cole did with Her father or grandfather NatKingCole. Now obviously, he is long gone, but through the use of studio equipment they took a bunch of his timeless classic songs and reengineered them with vocal tracks and new musical arrangements using the voice of Natalie Cole. I've heard "Unforgettable" and it is sublime. Definitely worth a look.

My dad and I danced to Unforgettable by Nat King Cole, the version that had his daughter Natalie singing over his original recording. It was very sweet..

Heh, heh....you ever watch The Godfather. If not...rent it...put it on..and wait for the end of the wedding sequence where the Don dances with his daughter. It'll be perfect and I assure you...it'll bring tears to everyone's eyes. Including your father's.
