Atheism doesn't really exist on it's own, it's the rejection of another idea. Fighting *for* atheism is better described as fighting *against* religious rule.

Every preson has the right to think and believe what they want. I don't see any need to fight about a belief as long as our minds are free to think. Fighting the beliefs of others with your own seems wrong to me. In most cases, I would say that fighting for anything is not the best way to accomplish a goal.

My beliefs or lack there of are most definitely worth fighting for. No one can tell me I don't have the right to my own opinion or the right to think for myself.

The right to be an atheist is worth fighting for.

Otherwise, I don't really see it, actually. The burden of proof is on those who believe.

Defending it, perhaps, is what's worthwhile.

If you are discussing physical fighting then I would say no. However, all religious beliefs are worth defending, even a lack thereof

If you believe strongly in something, or hold a strong opinion in something, it's worth fighting for.
