Are you saying that since it is a gift, it's not an offer, and we don't have to place any sort of a claim on it? Or choose it? Or have the option of refusing it? Or lose it, it's really ours to keep?
Then I think this to be a question with profound insight as to what faith really is, and you've given all of the glory to God instead of splitting it between God and man. That's real Christianity.
