I don't usually read other people's responses to these questions, before I answer, because it helps me to think better about the answer that I am giving in return. Then after I answered the question, then if I am very curious, then I read other people's answers to the same question that I just answered.

Yes, I know how you feel. I do read everyone of them, myself, but I sometimes feel as though others don't read mine. I think some people choose the one that emotionally feels right to them as opposed to a logical or thought provoking answer. Religion and spirituality is such an emotional place, people are mostly looking for acceptance whether it be in rage or love. Peace be with you. Have a nice day.

Me personally read every answer to every question that I have posted. I think that people would not post a question without reading the answers it sort of defeats the purpose don't ya think.

I read the answers to my questions. That's the whole reason why I ask. One time, though, my question go like 70 answers and I just didn't have time to read them all. And I don't always read those really long, filibuster, cut and paste answers in their entirety.

I do, and I even award the Best Answer to people with whom I do not agree so long as they substantiate their answer in a logical way. Of course, I may throw in a comment.

I always get notified in my e-mail when there's an answer to my question. Don't you? Maybe we who ask should show some more appreciation somehow, by choosing a "best answer," and by rating with thumbs up or down, etc.

I read every one of them.
Edit: I think Yahoo! still has glitches. Two of my questions were hung up today and didn't post. It happens.

I do all the time. Yahoo loses posts frequently, don't get discouraged. It's nothing personal. Somebody just needs to get fired, that's all.
