"community" means a collection of organisms that does at least some of its activities as a group;
"population" means the total number of living representatives of the group you are measuring;
"species" means a distinct group of organisms which can reproduce successfully with other members of their own group but not with members of other groups;
"apple" is a kind of fruit which encloses the seeds of its reproduction; they are delicious and nutritious. Apple is also the kind of computer I am using right now.
That was fun.

Apples are a good source of important vitamins, and is a great healthy snack, rather than junk food which is bad for you. It's an expression used mostly by mothers, at least in my experience, to get their children to maintain healthier eating/snacking habits.
