INGREDIENTS:
* 1 Bottle of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Rioja, Zinfandel, Shiraz)
* 1 Lemon cut into wedges
* 1 Orange cut into wedges
* 1 Lime cut into wedges
* 2 Tbsp sugar
* Splash of orange juice
* 2 Shots of gin
* 1 Cup of sliced strawberries or raspberries
* 1 Small can of diced pineapples (with juice)
* 4 Cups ginger ale
PREPARATION:
Pour wine in the pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon, orange and lime into the wine. Toss in the fruit wedges (leaving out seeds if possible) and add sugar, orange juice and gin. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale and ice just before serving. If you'd like to serve right away, use chilled red wine and serve over lots of ice. However, remember that the best Sangrias are chilled around 24 hours in the frig. - allowing the flavors to really marinate into each other.

Okay this is a pretty easy one for a lot of sangria
2 bottles of white wine (Chardonay)
1 bottle of bitter red wine (merlot or Cab)
about 1 1 /2 cups of sugar (more if you want sweater)
Cut up at least 2-3 oranges
Cut up 2 lemons
Cut up about 1-2 limes
(any other fruit you can put in as well such as Melon or Watermelon has to be a Juicy Fruit)
Lastly Keep in the Fridge until you need to serve.
Before you server add a 1 liter bottle (sometimes a bit more depending on your taste) of Canada Dry
This will make large portion of Sangria good for a party. This will stay for a couple of days once you have added the Canada Dry. Promise you this is a bit messy but it comes out very very very good. And its pretty cheap if you buy 2 buck chuck.
