Be nice. It's that simple. The best way to show people that there is something different about you is to treat them differently. Not only differently than the other folks around, but differently than a lost person thinks a person should act. This will make them curious as to why you would be acting in such a way, and open a door for a discussion. If you have someone in mind, and they are absent, offer them copies of your notes, that sort of thing. Now, it could be easy for high school kids to interpret niceness as a crush, so don't get freaked if guys start liking you. Anyway, without being too preachy, from time to time, when it''s right, make sure people know that the reason you're so nice is because you have Jesus in your heart and it's part of your personal ministry. The WWJD fad may be over, but it's absolutely the best way to live.

great question! i am just out of high school form alabama the bible belt so hopefully i can help you out. one big thing is clothing... if you have some religious tee's or patches on ur bag anything like that. people are very observant of things like that. another BIG witness and will get people asking questions, at lunch, pray before you eat. tons of people will see this. also ask if your school supports FCS, FCA or first priority. all of these are christian youth groups that take place in public schools. any of these are a huge witness idea a well. and of course, probably the hardest one in school, act like jesus. wtach what you say, give godly advice, the common sense things. if ya got questions about those groups shoot me an email and ill give you all the info! good luck and keep the fire burning!
btw if people laugh, pick on you make fun whatever... remember that jesus went throught that to, and by them doing that to you, you are more like him!

The best way to witness is by example, so try to live a visibly clean life. Don't go to the parties with drinking, don't use bad language, don't sleep around. People will notice. And eventually, they're going to ask you about it. And when they do, you have a great witnessing opportunity.
The most important thing to remember is not to make people feel like they're being pressured into anything or like you're telling them that what they believe is wrong. The best way is just a, 'well I believe...' attituted, very nonconfrontational. If you feel like they're open to it, you can invite them to church with you or share a more indepth message. Good luck! My prayers are with you.

You can live in a Christ like manner, we are to set examples to others by our values, morals, and behaviors, when others see you living in a lifestyle that is rewarding, they may seek The Lord also, attending Church and witnessing of Christ are two key aspects in being a good Christian, tell your friends the stories of the Bible, some will listen because they are so interesting, and tell your testimony of how you were saved, and how they can be too. God Bless.

The greatest witness you can be is by being yourself. Walk as Jesus would want you too and let others see him in you. If anyone asks, then tell them. School is a touchy place to witness. Our school has an outreach group that meets a couple times a month for prayer before school. They also do the national rally around the pole. If your school doesn't, see a pastor about helping you get one of these started.

Pray that God would use you to be a witness to those around you. Don't back down when people question your faith. you might be called to start a bible study at school, or maybe not. Pray that God would show you a way to witness. But also remember that by simply living the True Christian life you are witnessing daily.
by the way I am proud of you for wanted to witness to your classmates, it can be a scary thing. God bless you.

Are you really asking this because you want to? I hope you do! That is awesome if you want to witness to others and share the gospel of Christ. For one, do you have any gospel tracts? You can order them at livingwaters.com --these are great to have! Also, at lunch time or any down time you have at school, you start out by looking for someone and asking them if they Believed in God or not...take it from there. Or you could start by asking them if they believe in heaven or hell....you will be surprised how many people will actually listen to you- AND if someone gets mad- just remember that the Bible tells us that they will hate hearing the word of God because its the truth- Jesus said" They will hate you because they hated me" --so anyone who shares it, it is conviction they confronted with- and conviction is a good thing! So if someone doesnt want to hear it, just move on, shake the dust off from your feet- and pray God will continue to work in you and speak through you----I wish you the best!

Find something that you have in common with the person then strike up a conversation with them and then say can I ask you a question. They will most lkely say yes. Ask how many of the Tem Commandments can you name? When they name some some ask them how often they have kept them? And them tell them that Jesus died for us and the least we could keep his commandments and tell them how Jesus saved you and that they too could come to know the Lord bt just trusting in him.

Pray! Keep praying about your high school and the people in it and anything else, and ask God to help you witness. When a conversation steers toward something religious, be willing to defend what you believe.

Don't be afraid of what the other kids think. Whenever the opportunity arises where you can praise God or speak of Him, or invite someone to church if you think it might do them good. Don't be pushy or annoying but discretely defend your faith whenever you can. Even sometimes in a class debate you can bring up the values of your faith as the basis for your point of view.
