Going to Bangkok for a few days could somebody recommend some good pubs?? Any Irish Bars, where you could have a fun niteout?

Patpong is the place to go .... beware though ... do some homework as this Night only Market and Bar Area is also a gathering place for Pickpockets ,thieves and prostitutes . There are some excellent guides on line for your personal safety in this area .... Know the rules and your limitations ! then have Fun .....

A fun night out in a Irish Bar in Bangkok???? Pleeaaase!
Try Club Astra on Rama Road, very good techno, house, D&B, etc. with live DJs. Q Bar, Glow Nightclub, and Napoleon Club, all on Sukhumvit Soi. Really cool atmosphere, great dance music. Jazz It on Royal City Avenue is pretty nice too.

Definately Patpong. There is an Irish bar (can't remember the name) If you ask you'll get directed, they have Irish bands playing and do good food!!

Wouldnt bother,, bkk is now getting expensive, most bars are now shutting down, and those that arnt , shut at 1-3am
get the bus to pattaya, open 24 hours, and much much cheaper,, and only 2 hours by bus.
Dont get bummed by a lady boy.
