i am getting married in april and the link above is the bridesmaids dress in that blue shade and a light pale yellow shade. this is all i have decided for certian and i want a themed wedding.

The theme of your wedding can be whatever you'd like it to be. An April wedding would suggest a Spring theme with butterflies and/or doves. Both have significant "good wishes" meanings and would be great to incorporate into your big day!! Make sure, though, the the bridesmaids wearing blue get yellow flowers and the ones wearing yellow get blue/purple flowers. You don't want everything to blend together, but rather pop out. Having the flowers/dresses alternating will be a great visual effect for your guests, and your pictures. That's a beautiful dress! And I love the colours you've chosen. The v-neck and gathering should be flattering to most figure types.
The colours are typical french provincial colours and you could choose that as your theme. Use the internet to give you ideas of french provincial style.
Or...
Use the blue with hints of yellow as one of the main colours in your theme? Or the other way around - pale yellow with blue accents. Either way, these are beautiful colours if you choose "spring" as your theme.

The wedding dress style I thought I loved online was not the style I ended up buying.
It's best to try on different styles to see what's most figure flattering for all involved.
I fear if you choose this dress, your bridesmaids will need to be super models.

so what you are saying is you want your wedding them to be centered around this dress.
The dress it self is a lovely color. you could almost do a lavendar them....with cream colors as your accents. That would be very pretty
