Because the mars filling is more stodgy than the chocolate on the outside, meaning that a smaller bar has a higher ratio of chocolate to filling and is lighter in your mouth.

If my Mars bar were the size of the Fun Size Mars bar, there'd be very little fun. I think the Airplane bottle is misnamed. If you're gonna' be riding on a plane and waiting for connecting flights, you can get a lot more loaded than 50 ml. I'd rename the 750 ml bottle "Airplane sized," and have a party with all the folks slumming in coach.

Because Mars bars are not equal! Every different size has different percentages of chocolate, caramel and nougat in it's make up. I always felt the King Size of the nineties got it spot on, but they don't make those anymore because of all the fat children. Second best was the Snack Size, but I haven't seen them in a while either.....

Cause you dont have to eat so much the big ones are 2 much. Sadly a mars no longer helps you work rest and play. Its unhealthy so you cant say that now

Being smaller you take smaller bites.
This allows more air into your mouth which enhances the taste.
Much the same way that wine tasters suck in air and swill it to beef up the flavour. Strange but true!

Don't know. Maybe they have to process it differently because of the size. Mini butterfingers are better than big ones because they are softer.
