It could be a number of things. She may have fleas. She could have allergies. And she may have anal gland problems. You may want to have her checked out by a vet.

Take her to the vets. It could be anything, fleas, ticks, skin condition, she could have lumps or bumps that are painful on her and she is obviously in distress so waste no more time and get her to a vet for a check up.

Good Luck

She might have fleas. There are bad ones. She needs to go to the vet. She sounds like a liberal, rolling on the floor and crying.

maybe there's a lump on her back that's buggin her and it's painful when she tries to deal w/ it.

Have you inspected her back? Are other aspects of her behavior any different...her sleeping, eating, bathroom habits? Keep a close eye on her...she may be trying to tell you something is wrong with her.

When all else fails call your vet.

I think you should get her checked over at the vets, something doesn't seem right. Good luck.
