No, of course you don't have an eating disorder. You may be a little underweight for your height, though.

Actually eating that stuff IS the eating disorder.
Not eating it is a great idea!
If you like your shape, keep it. You sound like a fine looking girl.

(I know you're 14 so I'm not hitting on you or anything).

I knew a girl years ago that would lay down for 30 minutes after every meal so that her meal wouldn't make her belly bulge out(?) She looked pretty good with clothes on. Way too skinny in a bikini. Sometimes girls get too thin. That's not sexy. If you look in the mirror and can see your rib cage, that's too thin. It's not healthy either. I think a woman should have some padding, it makes them soft and fun to hold.

If you try to eat healthy (avoiding junk and processed) foods and are getting a healthy, well balanced diet which includes fruits, veggies, dairy, protein, healthy fats and good carbohydrates.... you most likely do not have an eating disorder but if you are concerned, you may want to talk to a professional who specializes in eating disorders

If you live by the basic rule - eat when you are hungry.. stop when you are full , eat 6 small meals a day and enjoy treats in limited amounts .. you should be good to go.

It doesn't sound like a problem unless you are obsessed with it. I have news for you though, your body is going to change as you get older, even if you stay the same weight. The distribution changes as hormones kick into full gear and you become a woman. You don't say whether you have started your period or not, but that contributes to a change in shape too.

You're not even close to fat. There's a difference between being cautious and being obsessive. Sure watch what you eat but don't over do it. You're young, have some chips every once in a while. To be honest, you sound like you might be UNDERweight. Actually, yes you are. Your BMI is 17.5. Average BMI should be at least 18.5.

Why would you have an eating disorder if you try to avoid foods that are bad for you? If anything, you have a mental disorder.

You may not have an actual eating disorder. However, you could be on your way to one. Teenage years are hard for girls. It's good that you are questioning. talk to your mother if you can.
