My son is 4 years old and last saturday he started getting red spots on his legs, they now cover his legs and starting on the arms. No bumps just spots !! Any suggestions ??

Could be an allergic reaction to something. You probably should take him to the Dr. and get him checked out just to be safe.

Have you checked the bottoms of his feet, the palms of his hands, and his mouth for sores?
There seems to be an "outbreak" of hand-foot and mouth disease. My 2 year old has it.
It's most common in toddlers and preschool children, especially if they're in a day care setting. It's not dangerous to their health, just another virus, but they're contagious for about a week. Incubation is 3-7 days before it shows symptoms.
Hopefully your little one doesn't have this, it's miserable.

could have a allergic reaction to something try piriton from chemist if that doesnt calm it down go see gp my son has had similar thing on his chest works for him
