Anal sex with a willing adult partner isn't illegal. It's a good idea to ask the partner if he/she wants to do it, though. Not everybody does.

that's in maximum states as its the two seen sodomy or crimes against nature. Its merely rarely if ever enforced. I propose its no longer basically like the police have a anal intercourse patrol or do butthole prints in the adventure that your arrested.

Actually, in some states, it still is "illegal." They are old laws that are still on the books and have never been reversed. Would you be prosecuted if you are consenting adults? No.

im sure there are cities, counties and states that have old laws outlawing anal sex. why is it illegal? because its considered taboo by most. there is nothing wrong with it and if you do it right, it can be quite pleasurable.

It depends on what state you are in and your sexual orientation. In Virginia, for example, it is a felony - up to 5 years in jail. It is called sodomy.
