Lay flat on a bed and feel just above or below your bellybutton, you will feel a hard ridge. That's your uterus.
Gently, but with a bit of pressure, press down and rub in a circular motion. If this is causing you pain, please stop.
There is no real way to help it go down, but this will keep it nice and firm, helping with the healing process.
If you are breastfeeding this will help your uterus go down, as your body will be producing Oxytocin, which is the hormone we give you to help your uterus return to normal size

it will go down in time but the best thing that I think that helps better than massage is a warm bath

Just kind of rub your stomach area. But do it kind of deep, like if you were giving a back massage.
