Witches exist and they don't generally believe in hell, so no you wouldn't go.
But I don't think you have a clear idea what being a real witch is about. It's a different belief system. Powers come from focusing energy to affect change, most often within your own self. None of that Harry Potter stuff, that's fantasy.
Some major aspects of wiccan beliefs are: a reverence for nature, the concept that everything you do will come back to you threefold, but that it's okay to do what you want as long as it doesn't cause harm.
There are also eight holidays celebrated throughout the year, each focusing on a different aspect of the life cycle. Link on a great site for this below.

The "witches" that were burned in the 1100's to the 1400's (where that word and its myth came from) were real people whose crime was that they may not have been Christians. The "powers" that they were said to have are a myth. Another part of the myth was that it was a hereditary condition- that people were born witches. Some of the real people who got labeled as witches were actually Druids, herbalists, astrologers and various types of healers who weren't properly either doctors or barbers.
There are and there have for a long time been people who try to practice magic. Magic is actually psychological and spiritual. It works on the person doing the spell-casting and on the people who are present when the spell is being cast. Spells are sometimes called rituals and almost all rituals are about psychological and spiritual magic.
That is the truth.
Wiccans might tell the story a bit differently from what I have just told you, but the fact about magic rituals is what I said. People from traditional religions might give a very different interpretation of magic, rituals and witches.
You are obviously trying to learn something. Please allow me to teach something: hate and greed are bad. Love is good.
Go on with your life.

Yes, witches exist. They have the knowledge and skill to direct energy to help them achieve their goals. The type of witch portrayed on TV and movies are fictional. You can become a witch by practicing witchcraft. We are all born with abilities; learning how to use them may be easy or can take a long time. I don't believe in hell, so no, I won't go there. Do you believe in hell? If you feel that you will go to the Christian hell for practicing witchcraft, then I suggest not practicing it. Only do what YOU feel is right for you. What do you feel magic is and why are you interested in practicing it? Intent (and motives) is a very important thing in magic.

yes we do exist.
yes we have power
no you will not go to hell. (we do not believe in a hell to go to)
to become one. study first. lots of study. and after that some more study.
most of us are scholars of one type or another. witchcraft comes in a few forms.
there are the natural witches, folks that manipulate energy into a desired effect.
and the spiritual witches, Pagans that believe in many gods and spellwork through them and oneself.
the powers that we have are largly over our own lives. you are not going to shoot fire from your hands or change the colour of your hair or the appearence of your face. you are not going to
create snakes or make things disappear.
what you will do is leanr many things about the world and life in it.
and how to live a balanced life in the world today. you will learn to keep negative energies out of your house and your life so that you may continue to live a happy life. you may even learn something of the paranormal and how to deal with negative entities. most witchcraft practiced today is done so as a religion
wither Wicca or some form of Paganism. (I happen to be a Celtic Pagan)
you will find an opportunity for great joy in life but it is a long hard road to travel. there is no instant forgivness for you when you screw up. the laws of magick are clear that what you put out will come back to you. sometimes magnified greatly. it is a path of study and meditation.

Withces in the Charmed tv series sense dont exist. Witches who study and worship nature and its corresponding deities do exist. Practicing Wicca is a major life change...I tried it and it takes effort....casting spells takes willpower and faith that they will happen even though it doesnt appear that they are. You will not go to hell if you choose to follow the path of Wicca. Dont let Christians convince you of that. A true Christian will allow you your faith and not judge you.

Witches do exist. What kind of "Power" are you referring to here? I still can't get my broom to take off.... As for becoming one, it's not something you just do overnight. Many people go thru years of training before they do Anything with "spells" etc.
I don't believe in hell.

real witches don't have any magical powers, they just work with nature instead of modern drugs. My grandmother was a witch and used her learned skills and abilities as a midwife. And she went to church every week, and attended religious women's meetings twice a week.
