she just seems a little skinny to be. We got her 3 days ago and since then have treated her for roundworms/hookworms since the breeder said she had them previously. Any ideas to fatten my baby up a little. We are feeding science diet puppy dry and wet 3 times a day.

I like Nutro Max puppy food MUCH Better than Science Diet. The levels of CORN in Science diet is ridiclous and corn is just a filler - dogs get no real nutrition from it.
I fed my bulldog Nutro Lamb and Rice all of his life and he was extremely healthy and had a beautiful coat, no real allergy problems. Some dogs can develop an allergy to corn also.
Try bumping up a little extra 4th meal a day,.. now that she has been wormed, her weight should pick up.

This seems like an ok weight for her age. My german shepherd was 5 pounds at 6 weeks old. Make sure you get her checked out by a veterinarian. Although she was treated for rounds/hooks, you should have the vet run a stool sample to be checked, there are many other types of intestinal parasites she could have. You don't always see worms in the stool, so it is always best to have the vet check. Also make sure she is up to date on vaccines. Don't trust the vaccines the breeder gave. Go to the vet to get them. Vaccines can easily go bad and be ineffective if stored incorrectly. Good Luck.

You're right. She should be a little heavier, closer to ten ot twelve pounds. She might be the runt of the litter, so she'd be a little smaller than normal. If she's been checked for worms and shown up clear, she'll gain weight soon. She's adjusting to a new home, so she'll be a little underweight for a while. Just keep feeding her like you have and she'll gain weight right enough. Puppies grow fast, so don't worry about her being small.

Good luck and hope that helps.

Keep feeding her as you are doing, the wormer will take a few days to kick in. If she had worms then the weight it made her lose will take a while to put back on. It is harder to put weight on than to lose it, just give her time she will fatten up.
