I think there was an act signed by a president that called for cleanier public areas. Can you help me find the name of this act?

1990 The Clean Air Act
-sets limits on how much of a pollutant can be in the air

Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003
-this sets limits on logging

National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act of 1966

I know in Ohio they have stated to clean and revitilize the public parks, within the last few years. In part do to public out cry over the lack of up keep in all of the many public parks and public campgrounds though out the state.
