And if you aren't, what's the use of being in this site? Just to 'teach' your side of the story? What makes you believe anybody's willing to learn anything from you, if you aren't willing to learn anything from them?

I don't mean to change your mind. I'm not about to do it either. Just recognise that the other side has some good things, even if those good things are not enough for you to cross the boundary.

I think most people are fundamentally "good" regardless of their religious beliefs.

I think that we are here to live the best we can, not convince others if they do not want to be convinced. I think we should treat eachother with respect and kindness regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation...Just my opinion.

I don't see the point your your question. As a Christian I am a believer. And for those who aren't believers, so what? Whatever they believe or don't believe is up to them. The problem I have with most non-believers is the idea that most of them have that they are somehow smarter then us, and all their evidence is based in science. It is not provable beyond doubt what they say, as it is not provable what I believe.

Even if I changed my mind and became a non-believer, so what? If the theory of evolution is correct, so what?

My religion offers me hope and others hope. Non-believers offer nothing, a blank space. What is the meaning of life to a non-believer? Zero, nothing. And most non-believers attack religion as the root of all evil.
Most say religion is the cause of all wars. Which any educated person can see is simply not true. Also non-believers wish to impose their views onto our churches, that is, force the church to change.

So to answer your question, if I changed my mind and believed in evolution, then what? Nothing. If became an atheist then what? Nothing, a blank space.

There's good and bad in everybody. Its just the different beliefs that causes the problems on here. In other areas of life could be personality clashes or different interests, whatever, but even so there can still be things about a person you like, even if opposite in many ways.

I recognize plenty of good about believers. My problem is with the system that establishes their belief. Religion is dangerous and leads to dogmatic thinking. Believing in a life after death reduces the importance of life, even though that's all we really have, and we should hold our life, and the lives of others in high regard.

I believe each to their own...and am willing to recognise good in anyone or any religion. I don't beleive in labeling people...but at the same time I don't wish others beliefs pushed on me.

I always give the benefit of the doubt. I look for answers from all religions and like to keep my faith sharp so I can intelligently debate with anyone. I think there are good and bad aspects in everyone.

I have always seen good on both sides and insight shared. I do not see any good from trouble makers who's only job is to create humor, slander, discord, for their own entertainment. These types often dominate the board leaving no one outside of themselves encouraged

We're all created in the image of God and endowed with free will which no one can take away. What we choose to do with it, is individual. I'm here to interact with the individual.

Hoping the best for you...
