okay, on mondays I do resistance training and I use light (2kg weights) I also either bike or jog/walk. The problem is I have dance the next day and I am usually sore (NOT in pain, just a little sore) this however makes it so I cant do my best. Anything I can do to make it so I am not sore and my muscles are ready to dance the next day? I really want to do this class! Also, is biking or jogging/walking morelikely to cause soreness? I do the resistance training 3 times a week, and I excercise throughout the week too, I just didn;t think it was relevant to the question
