I am going to make some sweedish meatballs, and either eat them tonight or wait and eat a little of the huge steak that I bought to make my boyfriend when he gets off of work, along with baked potato w/ sour cream and chives and peas and carrots.

I had some chicken with some green chili Thai rice. It was wonderful! Made the house smell good too.

since it has turned off cool and actually feels like fall now where we live, we are having a pot of good ol' soup - hamburger, corn, potatoes, peppers, onions... yum - and of course, a pan of homemade cornbread and a big glass of tea to go along with it... can hardly wait!
