Nice interior, linen, friendly knowledgeable personnel, reservations, good soft lighting, inventive or classic cuisine, semi-reasonable prices (hopefully!), a wine list with good choices, a manager on premises, NO Gypsy violinists or outta tune mariachis, unruly kids, and, of course, well cooked and good looking food!

the entire experience, in my opinion. It doesn't really matter that the food is cooked by a celebrity chef, but what really matters is the right balance with everything.
