It is one of very many variables that may affect how food affects your weight similar to blood type diet. If you have a certain blood type then you shouldn't have milk.
The logic is very limited since our bodies are different in more ways then just the profile are shapes have.
Some cultures live over 100s of years eating yoghurt and they have all kinds of shapes, sexes and blood types.
Some babies die when they drink cow's milk when they are born.

I would be the most happy girl in the world if I discover the existance of a diet in which I don't have to starve and I can eat also pizza and chocolate, and be able to lose some kilos. I would be very happy.
Anyway I've understood that I eat many sweets not only because I've always liked them very much, but above all due to "lack of love". As soon as I find a boyfriend I'm sure I won't eat so many sweets anymore and I will get slim. But it's difficult to find one: I'm Italian and live in North Italy, and here boys prefer very slim girls.

I never heard of that type of diet at all. It dosen't matter if you are pear or apple shape. The key to a healthy diet is moderation. Make sure you eat all 4 food groups (meat and alternatives, fruits and veggies, grain products + dairy products) and include a variety of stuff. And make sure you eat when you are hungry (not bored ) and drink a lot of water too.
Also have snacks in between and it's okay if you eat sweet stuff like cake, ice cream or chocolate as long as it's once in a while.

Yeah, I know what you are talking about, but it is pretty much a fad diet and doesn't really seem to last the test of time.
There are much better and easier ways to lose unwanted body fat through diet and modest exercise. To get you started, I would suggest you stick to a 1500 calorie/day diet and then stay active. This works for almost all of my clients.
I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.
Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

It is probably a fraud.
The only legitimate diet information that there is is to eat properly and eat nutritious meals. You need to change your eating habits and learn about nutrition.
try eat drink and be healthy, the harvard medical school guide to healthy eating.
It is not a diet book, it is a book about nutrition that explains the effects and how your body reacts and how different foods help your body and overall health.

Sorry I can not help here but if you are apple shaped it could be bad news as you are more likely to suffer from heart problems.
