I don't know about you, but cooking/baking gives me such a great feeling. I enjoy it so much and i do it all the time. I can't quite explain the feeling, but it's very fulfilling. Would you agree? It's also a bit theraputic.
I love cooking!

I feel the exact same way about cleaning.

Oh and to sneakysteph: actually people that cook and eat at home are usually a lot slimmer and healthier then peopl that eat out at restaurants and fast food joints. Get your facts straight dear.

I've always loved to cook, too - been watching cooking shows since I was knee-high to a sand crab.
I'm not much into baking, because of all the mess - though I like making homemade noodles once in a while.

I recently started to eat organic foods and decided to cook the meals myself. I agree with you completely. There is such satisfaction when preparing your own meals. Not only are you being independent, you are also in charge of your own health. It has reduced my stress for sure!!!

Love it! It turned into my life passion, and career! There's just something about trying new things, old things, everything coming together. Even the failures I just evaluate on what went wrong and what I should do different next time. It's a total love of creating.

I know how you feel... and the feeling gets even better when people go for seconds or request that you make one of your creations in the future. Great cooking is mastering the blending of foods, colors, tastes, smells and textures.

Good 4 you! It's my favorite hobby, too. It makes me so happy to share my recipes & foods w/ my nearest & dearest, & watching them enjoy what you've prepared them.

I'm amazed @ how many people don't take the time to get to love their kitchen. I feel sorry for them. It's awesome therapy (especially on a cold rainy day)! cheers
