I wish I knew, I can just imagine. I hope it's like going home to see "MOM", her waiting there for me with her open arms and her beautiful smile. Waiting to give me a kiss and hug. Then telling me how much she has missed me. I can smell her perfume all around me and while hugging her I can see right behind her peaking around to suprise me my grandma and grandpa both waiting for their turn to hug and kiss me... such a wonderful reunion, and heaven would be like going home.

Well unfortunately born again Christians and many others will come up with ideas like ' its amazing, nobody knows but it will be great, just like being on holiday but a million times better'. Its funny how they never use scripture to answer these questions. Just believe and be saved!!!!Unfortunately they don't use the bible as a guide. The bible says that those who go to heaven will rule as kings and priests with Jesus. Kings and priests over who? The lords prayer says 'Thy Kingdom come thy Will be done on EARTH as it is in heaven'.(matthew 6;10) Why would Gods will being done on earth be important if we all just float off to heaven?Gods original purpose was for Adam and eve to live forever on earth(Genesis 1;28) not heaven and his purpose will be accomplished.(Isaiah 55;10-11) Please when asking a question like this read the bible and don't allow man to tell you the answer.

You can find out by asking Jesus Christ into your life and then the guidance of the Holy Spirit will give you not only wisdom and understanding, but also your mind will be opened to understand the Bible and what God tells us in His Word.

Just think of the most wonderful place you can ever imagine and multiply it by millions, and it still wouldn't be even nearly as wonderful as the paradise that Heaven awaits for us. Remember God is only a prayer away, and He does answer prayer. He will tell you all you need to know, that I can promise you.
God Bless You.

Well, beyond the blatantly obvious answer... I always found the ideas expressed in "What Dreams May Come" to be pretty good. If it's like that I'll not be disappointed but then again I guess I won't be disappointed if it's totally different.

You think when you die you'll be scared, but it's not like that.....you float out of your body and can look down on yourself...then you go through a tunnel and reach a light at the other end....and you see people/family who have passed away ages ago....it's the most peaceful, serene place ever.

There is no heaven. You have to create your own little "heaven" in this world. Death is eternal sleep.
