while i was gone today my mom was telling my brother all the mean things his stepson is doing to me. and my brother told me mom that he thinks shes demented. because she's fighting with a 8 year old

I am sure your mother can handle an 8 yr. old. If your brothers stepson is disrespectful and your brother does nothing.. then don't let the little brat over.

Tell your brother that to honor our parents is the first commandment with promise in the Bible. It carries a promise of long life. He is wrong and disrespectful to your mother. He will pay the price for it.
None of us can break God's laws and get by with it. Payday someday-ALWAYS!

Well its her duty to teach your brother because he'll not listen to you.He must be taught well manners and how to respect elders.I think there many things involved such as mom,teachers and friends.I think you should also give him some advices time to time may be in this way he could be controlled

Don't put up with that kind of stuff. Talk to him a put your foot down. Tell him that was disrespectful, and he should apologize. Let him know why too. That maybe they need to spend more time together, to bond....u kno.
