So a friend called police on me since she thought i was gonna commit suicide. and for whatever reason the police come over my house and called the abulance, where they sent me to a mental hospital to stay overnight. I didn't know it was going to cost so much for ambulance. I now owe $839.00.

I would first call the ambulance company and ask if you can pay in installments or what you could do to get assistance with the payment. If you don't work or have an account, you could tell them and see if they would write it off. Sometimes you can get assistance from the county health department, since you were admitted overnight in a mental hospital.

like you deal with any creditor...call them and make arrangements to make payments that you can afford.
