I like breast on the turkey but I use the liver, heart & the "oysters" for my dressing.

I like turkey but I don't really like white meat so my favorite part of the turkey is the skin. Yummy!

The thigh--lots of meat and always juicy. With white meat, juiciness is a crapshoot.

I like the thighs. Dark meat is more flavorful; the thighs are meatier not so much cartilage as legs; best when juicy. mmm, mmm mmmm
