I wasnt sure which category to put this in, but anyways, my question is are there any other sites besides ebay where people can sell and buy; but dont have to pay sell or buy?Cuase I'm already broke and dont have any money to spare or spend.
So anyone know of any websites where you dont have to pay to sell an item?

Depending on the item, Amazon. I've sold things here and there. The limitation is that you can only sell things that they already sell. Which is more than books and CDs. I've listed safety glasses and gloves for sale, for instance.
It's not entirely free; they do take a cut. But it's small, and I think it's less than ebay.
And there's always craigs list.

You could try Amazon. You can set up an account to both buy and sell on there.
