I'm stumped - but if I had to answer I'd say, "Get some self-respect and forget about this guy! If he's got no time for you don't you think that's a sign?! Move on and find someone who really cares about you and wants to be with you!" Well it sounds to me like he is not interested in only you and maybe he just doesn't want to lose a friend, so stop calling him for now and if you two run into each other, stop, exchange your hi and how r u's and move on maybe later he will be open for a more intimate relationship. And this way he is open to call you and ask you out. If you push the envelope now I am afraid you may ruin it for any future possible relationship.

Don't waste your time on someone who isn't willing to waste their time on you. You deserve better. But you need to decide for yourself is that the kind of relationship you want to have with someone. Will you be content always being told to call back because he's too busy. Have you tried talking to him about his neglect and has he done anything to improve on it. These are things to take into consideration when looking at the pros and cons of the relationship. The best and only way is to be too busy for him too. Tried and true. If this doesn't work, it's basically hopeless and he doesn't love you anymore. Just start joining groups and go out and have fun and when he calls you, say 'oh, not tonight honey, I'm busy' He will turn around really fast!

you should go to where he is at and tell him how you feel. Or write him a letter or email and jus wait for a response, if he doesnt respond, then forget about him and move on because no guy is worth the wait.

Don't be a doormat. Don't call him back. If he calls you tell him you are busy. If you do that he may realize he misses you if you don't you will lose him...he will never find the time for you.

Move on -- don't you see he's telling you to get lost?-- so get on with life-- there's lots of better guys than one who doesn't have any interest in you. It'snot your fault or his-- ya just can't find each and every person to be attractive or to be your "type".
