I was on the train with my friend and there were no seats so I made room and say, here, lean here at the door and instead she started leaning on my chest so I was nervous and I started to move away. So then I started to wonder maybe she likes me and so I ask her, but she say no. What was that about?

And what did you expect??? Did you really think that she would go out with a total stranger, or did you think if the train got crowded enough and you made room for her that you could get laid or a BJ ????? Seriously man keep your hands in your pockets.... because this is all the action your going to get for a long time coming with that outlook about how a strange woman SHOULD react to your request!!!!

I would only be able to tell by the way she answered you. if it was quick and fast when she said no, she didn't have to think about it, so she doesn't.. if she said it a little slower she might. Or if you guys are really good friends she could of just felt comfortable with you when she just happened to be tired or uncomfortable.

You said she's a friend. You don't say how long you've been friends but maybe she just feels close enough to you that she felt comfortable doing that. Or it's possible she does like you and is afraid to admit it.

Girls can be the evil. Some girls have guy friends.. because they like them (as a friend) and because they like having someone around that makes them feel good about themselves or protected. If she says she doesn't like you when asked - I'd take her word for it. (Unless you are already taken.. then, she might be lying.)

It's one of two things...
1. She really doesn't like you, and had no place to put her head.
2. She really does like you, and is really scared that you'll look at her and laugh. We're weird like that.
