I've been trying all week to wake up early , but I just cant seem to hear the alarm. Any idea on how to get my self up at 5am so I can go work out???

I set my alarm and place it across my room..then i'm forced to actually get out of bed! I have done it for 3 weeks and made it in the gym 5 mornings a week......good luck you can do it!

go to sleep atleast 30-45 minutes before your usual time. you are probably sleeping late and unable to get up so early.
and the answer about keeping an anniying tone also works. however if you keep a snooze alarm then maybe it will help.

Try a different alarm...one that you are not used to. Worked for me.

i am sure you don't sleep early , because if you do you will wake up without alarm and before the time you want to wake up.
So you need to sleep early in order to get enough sleep

U can set your cellphone alarm and put it under your pillow it ( u have to put an annoying ringtone and make sure its really loud) works for me.
