my friend is really shy and likes this girl but he is just scared so help him out alright!

He need to just ask her and get it over with.
She might surprise him and say yes.
He could ask her about maybe just going out for coffee, that way they could chat and get to know each other and see if they are compatible.

i think your friend sould go for it and ask her out. just tell him to be polite. wutz the worst she say? no!?
