Leave them the way they are. There is NO real purpose to cropping their ears except just to make them look a certain way. I think they look much better with their ears.
If it was going to be done, it should have been done already. Most vets don't do it after they are a few days old without it being a big deal - now it will be a surgical procedure with a lot of pain and anesthesia. This is a very painful recovery process for the dog. Anytime they bump their ears on anything while recovering they are going to be yelping and screaming in pain.
Just don't do it., Theres NO reason for it if you love your dog more than what you THINK it should look like.

I work for a vet that does ear cropping and he will do pits anywhere from 8 weeks to 14 weeks but not any older. Since most of the ear is cut off for pit bulls there is usually not any ear taping required. I would try calling around to find a vet near you who does it and see what they require.

why would you want to get his ears cropped?
Is it because that is what you think that you have to do.DO you think it would be sane to cut off the tips of your fingers because some people think that esthetically you'd look better. Who knows why this act is still premitted in this day and age and perhaps you are just misinformed. But there is absolutley no use for this anymore. You should really think about it first or maybe leave your dog alone and get yourself a toy doll that you can mutilate all you want.

I wouldn't do it at all. It doesn't benefit the dog what so ever and is only astheticly adjusted for the humans owning them. Many dog groups no longer require ear cropping or tail docking for showing purposes as it's often considered to not be necessary and inhumane.

Call your vet and ask them. Many vets aren't even doing ear surgeries anymore. SO if you want it done, and done right, you had better get your butt in gear. I know for most breeds that get their ears done, you can't do it past 10 weeks. So you have 2 weeks left.

It's ***CROP***!!!! NOT "cut"!!!
Tails are DOCKED,ears are CROPPED!
sheeeeeeeeeeesh........
Start calling around to find a VET who'll do a QUALITY crop!!! Ask your BREEDER for references! Contact your local(county) kennel club!
Should be done w/in the next few weeks for the best result.

Talk to your vet and find out how much work is involved in taping ears so they stand correctly.
By law, it must be done by a vet.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO CUT HIS EARS?that's very painful and cruel. His ears belong to him just like your ears belong to you. Would you want someone to cut your ears? NO WAY! then don't do it to him!
