Try English (hothouse) cucumbers because they are way better tasting. Most of the nutrients are in the peel so don't remove the rind. It won't taste bitter.

Sandwiches: Cream cheese and cucumber w/tomtato.
Hummus on pita bread with sprouts and tomato.

Try this... peel and seed one cucumber, chop into 1/2 inch pieces, seed a good sized tomato, and chop the same. Add 1/2 cup each sour cream and plain yogurt, or you can use all yogurt. 1tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. I make this alot in the summers as an alternative to lettuce salads.

If she is loopy approximately cucumbers, they're high-quality as a snack or handle, yet cucumbers are no longer sufficient for a balanced weight-help plan by myself. If i'm know-how your submit wisely, interestingly her important foodstuff has been cucumbers. Cucumbers are very almost all water and supply little food.

Apparently some didn't read you don't like onions! Peel and slice cucumbers, add sour cream and dill weed! Also tomato, cucumber, fresh mushrooms, zucchini, and olive oil and garlic salt is excellent. Let set for a few hours.Any other veggies such as asparagus just add to it!

I make cucumber and tomato salad alot!

Just dice the 2 vegetables toss them together and drizzle some lemon and olive oil - add salt and pepper to taste. Sometimes I add some black olives too.

My dh loves cucumber sandwiches. Slice them pretty thin, arrange them on bread with mayo (if desired).

:)

Cut it up in little chunks and toss it in with your tuna salad. Of course, you know cucumber is great in salads as well as for putting on tired eyes. LOL! Try your own hand at making pickles.
