my friend and i are very close yet she never calls me to hang out. i always call her. i really like her. she knows i am attracted to her. should i talk to her about my feelings? if so what should i say?

If she knows you are attracted to her and she won't call you to hang out....chances are she' not interested in you as more than a friend. If you've been close friends for a while she might not want to hurt your feelings so she doesn't call you thinking that might lead you on.
That doesn't mean she doesn't want to hang out with you, just not as more than friends. Its your call if you want to tell her how you feel, but if there is a decent chance she's not interested in you in that way and you want to hold on to your friendship, be careful of having expectations of her. If you come on to strong she might not feel like she can be close friends with you. As a rule women are better at being "just friends" with men then men are at being "just friends" with women.

Yeah go talk to her, tell her how you feel about her and how long this has been going on. Don't scare her or anything. Just tell her how you feel. It wont hurt to try.

Do not tell her anything.
Be friends til she understands you.
She needs time to check upon you.
She is a cleaver girl.
Wait and watch.
She will come to you if you are so good.

You just be honest with your feeling. If I was your friend I would understand. If she dosn't she not that good of a friend!
