I think shops do this to increase sales
Just to remind us, that we should buy, buy, buy !
But private homes, that put up their Christmas trees, this early are doing themselves, out of the wonder of Christmas .
who wants to celebrate Christmas in October or November ?
Put your Christmas trees up , in the middle of December
or even on Christmas Eve ,
But not earlier ;
there is nothing so sad and jaded ,as a Christmas tree,
that has been up for weeks or even months ,
Be happy and enjoy your Christmas season ,

People who put up there trees this early are very sad and must have very boring lives. They have nothing better to do and can't wait till Christmas for the excitement.

I'm trying to sort out my decorations for Halloween never mind Christmas.
The shops have Xmas stuff just in case we forget its on the way and we fancy spending our money.
