Might be heat rash. Where do you get the bumps? If i'm in the sun too long I get them on my chest which is usually where I got the most sun or heat. If that's what it is, you can try putting a cool wet rag or some type of cold cream on it.

My friend had the same problem that you did and I'm glad you asked. YOur skin may be sensitive when your ina tanning bed so that may be be the problem. Try vasaline. If that does not work maybe proactive. Some lotions may help or might not do anything. If you dont really need a tan why get one?

I would absolutely agree with Bedi. Actually media has a big role in this. The players were thrashed by the media by the England tour. Then then was England's tour of India in which India won 5-0 and media then started praising the India players. Titles on news channels like "Revenge achieved" were common. Then India also thrashed West Indies. Now Australia has thrashed India. Surely things like IPL are not healthy for Indian cricket.

You could try different kinds of tanning lotion, but to be honest with you it sounds like your body is having a bad reaction to the bulbs. If I were you I would discontinue the use of the tanning bed.

you need to stop...tanning beds should be called cancer beds. You are exposing yourself to too many UV rays, naturally your skin is objecting, and strongly. Try the self tanning creams, there are some really natural and good ones out there.

YOu could be alergic to the solvent they clean the beds with. It's pretty harsh and the chemicals may cause you to break out. You could try a lotion, but if its the cleaner, it may not help.
