A 21 year old with a healthy mind and sound outlook should not be interested in a 16 year old. There are so many people out there why would you look for such a young person? Even the maturity rates are different. The interests are different, likes, dislikes and so much more. Yes it is weird and WRONG!!!

If you are a 21 yr old man be a good man and wait 2 years.
You could go to jail and the 16 yr old is too young.

I suppose not, but it's definitely frowned upon. I would wait until the person was 18. I think its perfectly alright to love someone as your significant other who is under 10 years in age difference.

Wait the two years if you wish, but do not make any dating or anything sexual toward her until she is legal. Jail is not a good place to go.

Two years that sucks, I think maybe you should find someone else.My bf is 24 and i'm 17 and we don't care about our ages we are open with each other and go for what we want.
