Well the most evil one I ever did was to this chick who though I liked her as a friend... But I really really didnt! I dared her to lick the bottom of a dirty brom 3 times! hahahahha there was hair and dirty and everything else!

the most evil dare was to stip down naked and streak down main street. and the most evil truth was to ask if they evr cheated or was planning on cheating the current gf or bf.
