Mud is dirty
I like you
'cause you're real perty

Really LIKE or LOVE? Are you WITH her? Or is it a CRUSH?
For a good casual like you poem try...
When I first saw you
I didn't know what to do
But when I saw your smile
I could see it from a mile
Now that your here
I want to come near
I want to stay
But I'm afraid you might walk away
I want to talk
But you might just take a walk
When I first said hi
It was like butterflies first fly
So lovely was the sound
That I just wanted to hang around
My worst fear came
But I did not feel a shame
I will tell you the truth
That this is How Much I Like You
For more lovey dovey Id go with
I love your eyes.
Everytime I look into them,
I am lost.
I fall deeper and deeper into the spell they cast upon me.
I can't help but look.
I love you smile.
Everytime you smile at me,
I feel the warmth of the sun shinning down on me.
It warms me more than cuddling in front of a brand new fire.
I can't help but smile back.
I love your kisses.
Everytime your lips touch mine,
I feel an endless stream of passion.
It sends me on a journey, a journey in which I do no mind taking.
I can't help but kiss you.
I love your touch.
Everytime your skin touches mine,
I feel the most enlivening feeling I have ever felt.
It is the feeling of a pounding heart and a shivering soul.
I can't help but touch you.
I love everything about you.

one that shows how you feel about the person and one that is totally original that you wrote yourself, because that shows that you really do care if you take the time to sit and think of a poem to send her.

An original poem. It doesn't have to rhyme and it definitely doesn't have to start with "roses are red, violets are blue...". Be original and write it from the heart, she'll cherish it more than anything out of a book.

The stars shine within your eyes
You captivate me with your smile
Like a rose you always flower
I think of you every hour
Intoxicated with your presence
you to me are love's essence.
I hope this is a start for you, good luck.

I've always been partial to Shakespears Sonnet # 18. Never got a chance to use it yet-- maybe someday.... but I think it's one of the most beautifully written poems (sonnets) I've ever heard.

Good luck and have a great day!!!
