BROILED ITALIAN-STYLE T-BONE STEAKS

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 to 15 Minutes
Ready In: about 25 Minutes
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 T-Bone Steaks
2 garlic cloves chopped finely
1/3 cup fresh basil
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.

2. In a medium bowl, grind the chopped garlic cloves and basil into a paste.

3. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and tomato paste; beat in olive oil.

4. Place the T-Bone Steaks on a broiling pan.

5. Broil the T-Bone steaks on one side for 4 to 5 minutes for rare, or 5 to 7 minutes for medium; turn steak and broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes for rare or 3 to 4 minutes for medium.

6. Remove the T-Bone Steaks and spread each steak with Parmesan cheese mixture, return to broiler for an additional 1 1/2 minutes; then serve.

Skewered Mustard Beer Shrimp-

2 lb (@48) large fresh shrimp,peeled and deveined
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 c spicy brown mustard
1/4 c light beer
veg cooking spray

Thread 6 shrimp on each skewer. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder and pepper. Combine mustard and beer; stir mixture well. Coat grill rack with cooking spray and place on grill over med-high heated coals. Place skewers on rack and grill; basting with mustard mix often, 5 min on each side.

Flank Steak-

1/2 c bread crumbs
1/3 c romano or parmesan
1/3 c provolone
parsley
s&p
1 c white wine

Roll out your flank steak. Combine rest of ingredients, except wine. Top steak with bread crumb mixture and roll it up jelly roll style. Tie it together and season the outside with s&p.
Sear couple minutes every side and then add white wine and let cook down. Add marinara sauce around steak and cover with tin foil (don't seal foil) Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350.

As you can tell, baked potatos and corn is the stock complimentry side dish

You can go for the barbacued steak or roast beef.
Baked, fried or roasted poultry for a more southern style
Seafood, shellfish, Porkchops, keilbasa, tofu salad, venesin.

You can eat the hood of your car with it, it'll still be the best side dishes of modern America.

Steak!!!,barbecue baby back ribs,barbecuechicken,poached salmon,hamburger in a mushroom sauce,turkey,chicken,pot roast,breaded pollock,lobster,crab,shrimp mmmmmmm does that help oh yeah dont forget to put a piece loaf of cornbread with fresh butter on the table ,wow looks like im coming for dinner,just kidding!!!!

BBQ ribs or southern fried chicken. Add some bbq beans, coleslaw, onion rings, macaroni salad, garlic bread, salad -- and party. If you haven't baked the potato yet, try a clam bake.

Surprise meat balls. Make meatballs as you would normally, but a bit bigger. Put a chunk of cheese or a cherry tomato in the center, and fry as usual. It's a lovely dish :)
