I have a vitamin that is labeled 0.02 mg (milligram) – I need to take 80-100 mcg (microgram) per day.?

How many of the 0.02 Tablets do I need to take?

There are 1000 micrograms in one milligram. I think the answer is 20 (20mg/100ml [200mcg/ml] = 0.02%) Meaning I take 4 Tablets...I Need someone to check my work. Thanks

The math is correct. You would need 4-5 tablets for 80-100 mcg of the vitamin.
