i asked the question "why do men cheat?" i got the most negative answers in the world. some ppl even blamed me for something i didn't even do. saying things like i was boring i let it happen so forth and so on. i don't even have a boyfriend and haven't for about 5yrs. because i see how men are sometimes and i feel i can't trust. it was just a general question it didn't apply to me. is the whole world as negative as this. seemed almost no one had anything positive to say. is this the fate of the world? one big unhappy planet earth? where are the positive ppl?

I don't cheat. I would never cheat on a girlfriend or even my wife whenever I do find the right woman.

Not all men cheat, but I must admit, we are somewhat naturally programmed to try to get with as many girls as we can.
You have to give the benefit of the doubt, the next man you meet is NOT the man that cheated on you. It wouldn't be fair to treat him with the same suspicion.
The positive people were killed off by the negative people in 1991 after computers and internet began to take hold of society. Since then, the negative people who feel ugly and unwanted or had some drama in their lives, take out their frustration on any remaing positive people kept around for sport. Flaming someone is easier than being nice.

Do you know onething, even girls agree that men are more reliable than women. Men do cheat women for sex not for anything to my knowledge. If I realize that my girl friend will agree to sleep with me, if only i have lot of $$$, then I try to pretend as a rich man. Men has weakness in sex/women matter, we can't help it. Instead, if women encourage simple men, and avoid expecting extra-ordinary personality, we may avoid cheating you.
Other than that when compared to woman, men are less jealous, dislike talking about third person, keep secret, have pity, more generous etc. etc. etc.

Not all men cheat . Ppl on here can be mean sometime. Just ignore the mean ones . But for the most part ppl on here are pretty nice. So good luck and hope you will stay with yahoo answers.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and mine is that no matter what anyone Say's or thinks to me there is no excuse for cheating and if anyone should be blamed for it it's the cheater. Due to my own experiences I too have trust issues but I have realized that life is what you make it and you can't hide in a corner the rest of you life. Enjoy life things are gonna happen good and bad no one is perfect and all guy's are not the same there not all Dogs trust me I finally found the one.

I apologise for everyone else's mistake. I actually think that men cheat because they are insecure within themselves...for the most part it is nothing to do with them not getting exciting sex, it's about who they are as a person...sometimes they are afraid of commitment, and find it easier to run away, sometimes they just want to experience sex with different people (sow their wilde oats) .....i would hope that this is not one big unhappy planet...and that there are many positive people out there.

There is nothing positive about cheating. Its not your fault and has nothing to do with you being boring. Men suck, plain and simple. They think its their god given right to be with multiple women and they blame everything on the one their supposed to be committed to. Yes this is the fate of the world.

And, to answer you're negativity answer. Have you taken a good look around lately? We are losing a small percentage of positive every day.

some men do fall in love and after years of neglect from their spouse- they cheat - their wifes lose interest in sex because of the kids, daily chores, running the kids to games, practices , -it happens --the loving wife ( in which is why he married her ) loses her sex drive and the hubby still craving what he lost - cheats- women will give their man anything they want ( sex , sex and more sex, ) until its 'I do " time, then the wife thinks sex is nasty or not now the kids might hear -- hence no sex makes a man wonder and cheat but still loves his wife but not getting that at home--- blame is always a two way street------------one day you will find the guy of your dreams but you have to look and all guys aren't bad- just not laid enough

Cheating is a negative thing...ya want positive, bring up a subject that doesn't cause people so much pain/grief.
Cheating isn't something people with hearts or consciences party over...
